we are getting married at the rh
the ceremony was supposed to start at 8:00 (with an invite time of 7:30). cocktail hour would go from 8:30 - 9:30, and the reception from 9:30 - 1:30 a.m.
BUT the rh booked a daytime wedding that i'm pretty sure starts at 1:00, so i don't think we'll be able to start taking pictures at the hall until 6:30 (if we are lucky!!!).
we thought we'd be able to get into the bridal suite by 5:30 so i could get dressed and we could take pictures. my photog originally suggested that we start with pictures at 5:00!
fh & i had planned to see eachother before the ceremony so we could get a lot of the formal pics out of the way SO WE COULD ENJOY OUR CH!!
my parents are suggesting that we push things back at least a half hour if not an hour ...
do you think it would be terrible if the ceremony started at 9:00 (with an 8:30 invite time) ... so the whole thing would end at 2:30 a.m.????
what would you do?!!?

Personally, I would find another place to get dressed and take pictures and leave the time alone. I wouldn't stay until the end at a wedding that ended at 2:30 AM.
