Anyone considering this place? Already booked?

I need reviews! I even googled it and can't find much.

I live around the block from Mill Pond. It is nice, but I found it a bit pricey for the location. There are not many hotels around the area unless you plan to book on 112 or North Ocean (the hotels will be 10-15 minutes away). They also didn't seem to be willing to budge on the price much. With that being said, the back patio is very nice and so is the outdoor ceremony location. One downfall is that the bridal suite is located in the main room and is the size of a closet so they don't recommend you getting ready at the location.

except the pricing part, i thought it was fair

Thanks for that info. I have to admit that they're so far the least expensive of any wedding venue on LI, Nassau & Suffolk. They're gonna be about $3000 less than Swan Club, and they're offering more.

But thanks for the heads up on the bridal suite. I'll be sure to look at it when we go visit them on Sunday.
