Milleridge Cottage and Carriage House

Does anyone know the minimum for the Milleridge cottage and carriage house? I Know one is smaller than the other. I have about 140 guests and was wondering which one that fell under. Does anyone have an opinion on which one is nicer the cottage or carriage house (saturday daytime wedding with ceremony at site).

Thanks

The Carriage House is smaller. The minimum is 75. 140 people is too many though for that room. I'm not sure what the minimum is for the cottage.....

I'm not sure what the min is. I know ours is 200, so you shouldn't have a problem with 140.
I am completely in LOVE with the Cottage. It had the exact atmosphere I was looking for. I love the colonial/ historical feel it has to it. Plus I loved that they are flexible there!

LOVE the Cottage! Hey, that's where I am getting married.

With 140 people, you may need the smaller room at the Carriage House, but call and ask.

We're having our ceremony there in the Cottage in their Atrium Room...I'm not sure if the Carriage House has a separate area for that.

My min for the Cottage was 175. we have 200. they will charge you a 500.00 rental fee for the cottage if you are under 200 i think! I am getting married there one week from today!!!!

the carraige only holds up to 132 i believe...(and once you go over 110 they switch to bigger tables that take up more of the dance floor)... i would suggest going to stewart manor cc.. one at a time.. very nice

The $500 room rental fee is only for the summer months..

I'm getting married there in December...the rental fee is waived, once you go over the minimum.
