Hi. I know the Cottage is bigger than the carriage house, but are they the same owners? I thought I read somewhere they weren't. I am confused.
Anybody have info on what prices pp on a Saturday night?
Any thoughts on these? Thanks!

They are both on the same site but the Carriage House is a separate building. The Carriage House fits up to 130 max and has a 75 person minimum for Sat night.
Menus range in price depending on if you get the 1, 2 or 3 star menu. They start at $76pp including tax & tip and go up to $123pp including tax & tip.
The Carriage house has a beautiful tented outdoor space for the ceremony if needed or it can be used for the cocktail hour...

I WORK AT THE COTTAGE AND THE CARRIAGE . I CAN VERIFY THAT THEY ARE THE SAME OWNERS.. YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT TIME IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS LET ME KNOW

I am getting married on a Saturday night at Milleridge Cottage. I had to guarantee 200 or 175 with a fee( $1,000 I think).
I told them I was inviting 250 people, so with the 20% rule +/- I might fall slightly under 200. They were really nice and said as long as I could guarentee 175, I didn't have to pay the fee. So no fee for me.
