Is anyone going to have a mimosa the morning of their wedding? We are going to serve them to the BP with breakfast while we do hair and makeup, but I don't think I'm going to have one, I think it will make me feel like crap for the rest of the day. Any thoughts?

we had mimosas, I was not going to have any.. but I was getting a bit nervous at my house right before the limos were getting there, my DOC Rosalie suggested I have one glass...I wound up having two- and it helped to calm me down!
EtA: I didnt get drunk- just needed to calm down, and it helped!

haven't really thought about it...probably just tea and some water..maybe if my girls really want them or I need to relax

Oh yes...the mimosas will be served to be me and my BM's... I don't plan to get drunk before the wedding, but a couple of mimosas will calm the nerves for definite!!!

Absolutely!! But I will stop drinking at least an hour before church b/c I had to pee so bad at my GF wedding I was dying...

My hall greets guests with champagne and since it's so early I asked them if they can throw some OJ in and make them mimosas... this way too for the guests that don't drink, they can be greeted with a non-alcoholic beverage.

My mom made her famous pink champagne punch the morning of. It helped make the morning more relaxed! Keep in mind my mass was at 10:30am so it was an early drinking day.

I think I'd get red in a second and just giggle through the whole ceremony...
(I get tipsy from VERY little alcohol) me = cheap date

Yes, I had the pleasure of sitting next to Kelly at that wedding...she did have to pee as did I from the mimosas we drank right before we left for church!!
