6. Was the proposal romantic or creative? Explain how if you'd like. i think it was pretty romantic, he proposed on top of the first mountain we ever climbed/hiked... the rain stopped and the sun came out just before he got on one knee

1. How long did you date before you got engaged? Oh this is so hard to answer. Technically 1 year 11 months of acknowledged dating but if you ask most people, 2 years 5 months.

2. Did you get the ring you wanted? There was no ring, there will be no ring. He asked out of the blue and I feel e-rings are a waste of money. Sorry, not trying to offend anyone, just my personal opinion. Gotten a lot of flack from both sides of the family on this issue, but it's how I feel. FH has threatened to surprise me with one on the day of our wedding but we'll see if he honors my request.

We have a budget of 20k (not sure where its coming from though) and we are around 18 with my calculations
