FH and I are looking to get away for a romantic weekend after the wedding.
We want to be able to drive somewhere (4 hours or less), have a great weekend alone, and come back home so he can go to work Monday night.
I need ideas of where to go.. with a great hotel that has an indoor pool & things in the area to do!
We were thinking Hershey, but arent too sure.
Any of you ladies have any ideas for a weekend getaway?

Re: Mini-Moon HELP!
How about the Poconos? Rent a really cute little cabin or they also have honeymoon suite places - it's about 2-2.5 hours away :)

Totally agree about the Poconos. Take a look at homeaway.com to find a house to rent for the weekend. HTH

Re: Mini-Moon HELP!
I recently took my friend for her birthday to Minerals Resort and Spa, it's in Vernon, NJ. Right by Mountain Creek, it's beautiful and they have an indoor pool and a heated outdoor poor that starts indoor. It's really cool to have snow around you and look up at the stars in a pool...the restaurant was pretty good and they have a beautiful spa. There's really nothing in the area though, it's only 1 1/2 from Queens. The room we stayed in had a fireplace and a balcony and we watched the skiiers coming down.
Crystal Resort and Spa is part of their group and is much nicer and fancier but we didn't see it.

Re: Mini-Moon HELP!
for my sister's wedding, we got her and her FH a minimoon since they weren't going on their honeymoon right away. We got them a package at a B&B in Mystic, CT for three days which included dinners, tours of wineries (which I know you can't fully enjoy ) and some other toursity stuff. They really loved it!

Not sure if any places in Mystic CT have pools but it's quaint little romantic town on the water... They have a lot of bed and breakfast'
