Mini-review of the Bellport CC
I went to a christening reception at the BCC yesterday and just thought I'd share a mini-review. The place was beautiful. We arrived a little early and had to wait for them to finish getting the room ready after the previous party, which wasn't their fault at all. As we waited in the lobby, we saw into another party - a baby shower I think - because they didn't have the doors close, but once we went into the ballroom, we didn't know anyone else was there. The food was delicious - I tried a little of evertyhing. The salmon and tortellini were my favorite, but the chicken and beef were good too. The cake was delicious, though I'm not sure if it came from a bakery or the BCC - I would guess it was included. The day was gorgeous and it was nice to be able to go outside and sit at the tables overlooking the golf course and enjoy it. I did have one major complaint. I went to the restroom twice - once when we were waiting for the room to be ready and once right before we left. Both times the bathroom was a mess - wet floors, toilet paper on the floor, etc. Other than that, it was great!
