i had another makeup trial scheduled for 10:00 this morning. I go there i got a litttle lost. I called her & she said she didn't know i was coming & has plans. we communicated only via email i guess i should confirmed since it was 2 weeks ago. then she said i didn't respond to her email.. i go home & found the email i sent her telling her i was free today. I forwarded it right back to her
she was very apologetic. i'm pissed cos i did wake up early and did waste about an hour traveling.
I'm not disappointed because i already have my heart set on booking somebody else. I just don't know how you can have a business & not be more be more careful with tracking your appointments.

Hope it all works out- I still need to get makeup/hair settled and I'm having my first trial on Dec 2nd- I spoke with her on the phone and I already like her but I'm hoping I don't need to keep looking.

i know i'm more upset because i wasted my time. now too tired to get anything done AND that she said i didn't respond to her.
definetely not re-scheduling her. i already sent an email to the person i liked !
oh well i just saved $40.... their loss not mine.

That still stinks!!! I went to my regular person who cuts my hair and when i got there i was 4 minutes late. She tells me that she only has 5 minutes to cut my hair (after being washed for 10 minutes) because the person who booked the appointment didn't allow for the fact that i have long hair even though it is in the computer. I was so pissed off. She took her time and cut my hair correctly but why should i get a crappy hair cut in a few minutes and pay $60 for it?!

i know my mother tells me all the time that i switch hairdresses too much.. i am very picky with hair & makeup. i believe if you pay for a service you should get it. why shold you suffer for somebody elses mistake?
