Why am I always being asked to help FBIL with his homework? Also, don't expect that I will be free all day Saturday to help him.
A) I have to work at my second job B) I already have plans with my Mom C) It's really the last thing I would like to be doing!
So now, instead of having a nice leisurely afternoon with my Mom, I have to cut it short and be home at a certain time to basically do someone else's homework.
Vent over.

I think it's really nice of you to help but it shouldn't become a burden or expected task for you!
I would've said that you can't this time because of reasons A & B which are true!

ugh I'm also always asked to help people to do their homework.
I did 3 papers for my cousin last year at college. I refuse to help her this semester.
and I wrote an entire paper for FH's cousin. I had no idea what I was doing and she probably failed lol.

My FBIL has a TBI, so I understand that he needs assistance. I am a teacher, so I get asked. The thing is,
a) it is always at the last minute b) he ends up getting frustrated and I basically have to do it with him rather than help him when he hits a speed bump c) His college knows that he needs assistance, and he can get it at the student center. Again, he waits until the last minute
Also, FMIL does the 'we really need you to help Jimmy tomorrow. We really appreciate it'

Haha. Funny thing is that I DIDN'T say yes. I said I have to work my second job and I have plans with my Mom.

Story of my life... would you believe i just spent all weekend writing two papers for my younger brother... he basically said if i didnt he wouldn't and that they were worth half his grade.
