I need a minimum of 200ppl and can only do a maximum of 214ppl.
How do you suppose I do this? Two rsvp dates?
I have 255 total on my guest list.

What?!?! Your hall needs a minimum of 200 guaranteed and can only hold 214? Is that what I'm reading?

Yep thats right! Well, it can hold about 225ppl, but those extra 11 people would be in a small alcove area (that I don't want to have to do!)
I had to guarantee 200 to get $10 off per head.

Our minimum is 225 and our max is 298

Wow that is such a small window! I would probably do two separate response dates in this case. But since so many people wait til the last minute to RSVP it might be a little tough.
