PLEASE tell me how it works. I posted a similar question on the Newlyweds board, but I'm still not sure. I know there are other ways to change your name, but I'm curious about this particular website.
Anybody who's used it - please let me know how it works. Do i need my Marriage Certificate? Is it all done online? Just basic information. I checked it out, but I'd like to hear from a person who's actually used it. Feel free to FM if ya don't wanna post it all here.

I used it...basically you just input all of your information and then it pre-fills them onto the forms so you dont have to fill out every single form. Then you print them out and you have to mail them with the proper ID that they want. (most of them wan an original marriage certificate).

I only filled out DMV & SS forms.........all credit cards will change name over phone...no questions asked.

i looked into this and then went online and got all the needed forms myself. printed out dmv, social security form, and passport form. dmv must be done in person and social security and passport can be done by mail. they took only a couple of minutes to fill out. For me, it wouldn't have been worth the $30 when I did it so easily myself.
