Missed the gym again

I set my clock to wake up early this morning to get to the gym this morning. I woke up this morning to late and realized I set it up PM

I feel like Im in a rut...I cant go all weekend and I am having a fat day

I am trying to get back to the gym so bad...I was so mad when I realized I set my alarm wrong. Its a sign Im a loser

Just try to get back into it this weekend.

I havent gone since Monday since I'm sick and I miss it so much. Last night I was like I should be in Spin right now!

I hear you--I try so hard to get up in the am--I even have FH call to wake me--no help
I am no joke getting right back into it tonight, esp since it is raining and I can't walk at lunch

I joined NYSC which is literally around the block from my apt. However I've been in LI more lately so I've barely used it.

I know there is one in Smithtown that I can go to but I have no car
