I am so upset FH's older brother didn't get his (his parents and younger brother who live in same house did And my dads friend didn't get it. What could have happened? Mb when I gave them to the man for hand cancelling ? Mb they dropped it ? I definately have the correct addresses.

Re: Missing invites
I am having the same problem. My Mom got hers but not my Grandma and they live in the same house!!!! It makes me wonder how many other people didn't get theirs.... and how do you know?? I don't want to feel stupid when we don't get an RSVP and I call and ask if they are coming and they say 'Oh...I am invited? I didn't get an invitation.'

Re: Missing invites
Oh no!! Maybe it is just taking alittle longer?? I don't know why that would happen! I just sent my mom a card (I live in the city and she lives on LI) and it took 4 days when it usually only takes 2... maybe wait a day or 2 and see if they get it? The mail *****- I always worry that people won't get whatever I am sending them!

Re: Missing invites
Hey girlie--That happened to me too...The post office was really busy and they couldn't finish them all in one day- So some went out a day or two later then expected.
No worries.

Re: Missing invites
I have had two invites go missing - and the only two that were mailed to the Bronx. The ones to Florida, Virginia, NJ and Vermont all made it. We will hand deliver the two missing invites. Don't want to risk them getting lost again.
Don't get upset over missing invites. It is nothing that you can control. Once you hand them over to the post office, that's it. Maybe they'll turn up, maybe they won't.

I am also going though the same think. I sent out my STD and like five or six people have not recieved theirs and they have not come back to me. I don't know what's going on. Maybe we are mailing to much out at one time (that should not be the case I just wondering). I know when It's time to mail out my wedding invitations, I'm going to three diffrent post offices to mail them out.
