I was inspired from the LIW party to make favor tins with candy in them as an additional favor for the wedding. I figured M&M's would be cute. So I started researcing prices and found that you can customize your M&M's to say what you want!!!
FH and I agreed months ago on this and we are very excited! We are going to have the two wedding colors and the two writings will say 'Nina & Chris' and then the other will have our wedding date. We are obviously waiting to order the candy, but we already got cute heart tins to place them in

We are also doing these (since M&M are our initials)...but we want to use them in tins as placecards...still trying to figure out how that's gonna work.

I was trying to figure that out myself......you have the option on the site to buy specfic colors and it's 4.95(?) for an 8 oz bag. But if you buy more than one color, like 2 or 3, you can mix the tins with colors. OK....I don't think this is making too much sense, but in my head somehow it it. I guess start out with buying 10 bags? And if you have left over......well that just means more chocolate for you!!!!!

We are using the customized MnM's as a little extra thing to give to each guest. I love it because those are our initials.

We have no idea how many we will need to fill our tins but this is what we are going to do... get a small bag of m & ms - see how many tins that fills - then look at the ounces and then see how many ounces the personalized bags contain and do the math....
