M&M Favors in boxes.......One per person or per couple??
FH & I plan on doing a donation instead of favors but we also want to give out alittle something so we are going to do personalized M&M's in boxes..like these below. Should I do one per couple or one per person?? My mom think one per couple but I think since they are edible and M&M's that we should do one per person? what do you think??? TIA!!!!! Favor Box:

I would do 1 per couple. I almost ordered the m&m's yesterday, just jeep in mind that they are sold in 7oz bags. Im not sure how big your boxes are but if you want to fill them you are looking at almost 1 bag per 2 favors

Yknow..thats a tough one..heres why. Yes, they are edible..so I suppose the right thing to do is give one per person HOWEVER the actual favor is the donation...which is a donation per person....heres what I would suggest. If you can afford to give each person one, then do that. If you cant...then give one per couple

I would do one per person and you can purchase 10 lb. bags of M&M's too. It's much cheaper to purchase from other online websites opposed to directly w/M&M unless you want the personalized ones.

We are doing a donation and also a very similar favor box, but with hershey kisses instead of m&m's.
We will do one box per person. Only because I really like the idea of having one box at each place setting when the guests arrive.

We are doing a donation favor and giving a little something extra (personalized fortune cookies in small red take out boxes (FH is asian)
We are doing 1 per person!

I wrestled with this question also because I am doing the same hing ...except i cannot decide between lindt truffles and kisses...but I came to the conclusion that I should do one per person since it is an edible thing...

why not mix the personalized with a standard color to cut costs? Can you do that and buy one standard color? then you can do 1 per guest...
