We're doing this as one part of our favor.
I called w/ some questions and she's super sweet and helpful too!
They have plain or zesty lemon, plain or dipped one side in white choc. The typical wedding favor is one of the ones dipped in white choc but we're doing the plain bc its an August wedding and even now the sampler was a little melty so I don't want to have to worry about that. They also do (if wanted) personalized inserts w/ the legend of the sand dollar, your names, date, etc.
Here's the legend:
'The Legend of the Sand Dollar
Upon this off shaped seashell a legend is told
About the life of Jesus the wondrous tale of old.
The center marking plainly show the well-known Guiding Star
That led to tiny Bethlehem the Wise Men from afar.
The Christmas flower, Poinsettia, for His Nativity
The Resurrection too is marked the Easter Lily, see.
Five wounds were suffered by our Lord from nails and Roman's spear.
When He died for on the Cross the wounds show plainly here.
Within the shell, should it be broken five Doves of Peace are found.
To emphasize the legend so may peace & love abound.'
