oh and p.s.- i actually know of someone who will chew up yummy high calorie food, but then spit it out as to avoid actually 'eating' it.....

Mmmm, sweet karma bakery is so good...they're around the corner from my FH's house...the owner is super nice, but I def was going there way too often over the summer, I must've had ever kind of cake they make. mmmmmm.
