Did you have any withdrawal like symptoms? I gave up carbs for the next two weeks and it has taken my stomach 5 days to stop flip flopping all over the place!

I am dying for a piece of cake or a cookie I had pizza last night and my levels were really high so no more pizza. I hate vegetables so it is really hard to manage but I only have 8 weeks left so I will manage
