MOB and MOG Dresses

MOB and MOG Dresses

My mom bought her dress on the spot yesterday without me being there because it was such a great price. The dress is gorgeous but it turns out its the same color as my FMILs dress. Both are chocolate brown and the dresses are similar styles, but different enough. Do you think it will be ok if they both wear the same color?

i think it's fine....it'll actually look formal & coordinated..especially for photos... the only thing - is your MIL the type that would care??? the normal is no...but i know some MIL's can be touchy. if u think she'll be fine with it then i think it'll actually look nice as look as they're not gonna look like twins in the same dress lol.

I would not mind. Anyway as tradition goes the MOB gets first pick so if your MIL cares then she has to return hers LOL

I was going to say why has your FMIL already purchased her dress...MOB usually gets to pick her dress and color first so this doesn't happen!

it shouldn't matter if they are dressed in similiar colors as long as both of them don't mind.

I'm surprised that your FMIL got hers before your mom got hers! I personally wouldn't want them in the same color, but if your fine with it, then it won't matter!
