Is it ok for the MOB to wear a redish/bordeaux color? My mom looked great in this dress in the color shown, but she said she read somewhere that the MOB shouldn't wear red because it calls attention to her rather than the bride. I told her she is crazy....what do you think?
I think the dress is beautiful and she should wear it if she loves it.
My mom hasn't started looking for her dress yet, but red is her favorite color and she looks great in it. If she finds a red dress to wear, I'd be thrilled.

the MOB can wear bright green and not take attention away from bride..no one will take that attention away..

I agree, as long as she isnt wearing white shes not going to take away from the bride...no worries!
