So if my wedding colors are turqois, and they'll be holding pink flowers, what color should my mom's dress be to go with my Bridesmaids. Or does it matter?

How about a champagne or silver color.

Re: MOB dress question
IMHO it really doesn't matter. I mean she really won't be in many pictures with them...unless party shots or what have you. But if you want her to match or complement them, I say a rose, black, silver, or champagne to complement them

Yeah you're probably right, she won't be in the pictures with my BMs, but rose sounds like a nice color for her to wear. She's very very skinny so I'm trying to stay away from black.

I don't think it really matters either, but if she stays on pastels, she would fit in just fine.

I don't think MOB dress really matters. My mom is wearing black... which everyone originally was like OMG Mom can't wear black... what'd the difference... she likes it, it looks great on her... plus it will help her out sparkle FMIL who tries to be a fashionista at every wedding she goes to.

Doesn't matter. Whatever your mom feels comfortable in.
