Ok so my mom and I were discussing MOB dresses, and she was trying to figure out what she should budget. She was thinking $800-$1000, but I can't imagine that most MOB dresses are that price. I was thinking more along the lines of $200-$350.

My mom's was around $400.....but she was quoted around $800 for one that she tried on.

At Totally You, they kept pushing my mom towards the back room where all the 'good gowns are' . They were all $400+. My mom didn't like any of them so we looked around the store ourselves and found a dress for her on the under $200 rack. I think it was $160-something. And it was gorgeous!

She's thinking prices for a custom dress---my mother's dress was over $1k but was custom made....any store that sells dresses off the rack should be more in $200-$500 range!

my mom paid a lil under 900
my bros wedding she lucked out and found a dress for 150!
