MOB Dress...Not Happy with Centereach Bridal Suite
So my mom ordered her MOB Dress at Centereach Bridal Suite...Was a little bit weary about it at first because I heard mixed stories about that place. Anyway, dress came in fine but they really screwed her around with the alterations. She went for her first fitting like 2 weeks ago, and ended up waiting over an hour. When she got there they were just starting the alterations on her dress. So, she had to wait for the seamstress to finish the alterations to try on her dress. Mom had another appointment on Friday for her final fitting. She got there and they said sorry, the seamstress has not worked on your dress yet. Mom flipped out at the place because wedding is less than a week away. Needless to say, she put up a stink and they had the seamstress work on it Friday, and mom went back on Saturday for her final fitting. She is really not happy with the way it came out, but she took it home with her. Mom is really unhappy with the place, and is waiting for the manager to call her back. Just thought I'd let everyone know. It's one thing for MOB, but just imagined if you were the bride and they did this to you. It's over now, Mom has her dress and is going to wear it, but it is not right what they did to her!
