MOB shopping tonight

and I'm scaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaared!!!

my mother hates the way she looks in everything, so we are starting the process SUPER early. She doesn't want anything very matronly, but wants her arms covered, so we printed out a bunch of pictures and hopefully we'll get off to a good start today. However, I have a feeling that we will be visiting every MOB place on LI!!

i havent even started looking for my mother, im sure it will be a looong process

Good luck. I have been through this twice with my mom for my sisters' weddings and I am not looking forward to it for mine at all.

However try the brands Jovani and Montage. They have nice things. My mom ended up with two beautiful dresses (sorry no pics and one was long sleeved) -- it was just a lot of work to get them!

Tell her many dresses that are sleeveless can have sleeves added or even a see threw poncho made up for her by the seamstress... good luck!

my mom is VERY picky about covering her arms, and she got a beautiful strapless Montage dress with a very pretty sheer jacket (so she won't have to take it off if she gets warm). she looks AMAZING in it and is so happy. good luck!!

We started looking on line in like July and she said come September she'd be ready to go and she mentioned it earlier in the week, so i was shocked. I'm like we better go before she chnges her mind!

we didnt go to a million stores only a thousand but in the last store she was in the dress for OVER AN HOUR, OVER AN HOUR I SAID! She just stood there in it and stared at herself and she couldn't decide if she wanted it or not!

The sales lady had to go help another person and my cousin sent my outside bc she saw i was about to freak

she ended up getting it anyway

ok sorry about that vent GOOD LUCK! can't wait to see what she picks out. I can't really help bc my mom picked a typical MOB dress by Junnie Leigh with a matching jacket.
