Anyone have any suggestions for modern-looking RH's with a marble dance floor? Also, a nice, large bridal suite and elegantly appointed bathrooms??
Thanks!!!

I am checking out VYC this weekend and I am very excited! Can you tell me more about your experiences there and some pricing info?

Re: Modern RH
I am not sure about pricing for November. We are in March and apparently that is their slow season. We also are having a daytime wedding without an open bar.. so it's hard to say for sure.
Going by what I've heard from other brides on here... for a Saturday night in Nov... it's probably around $90pp + tax/tip. It's a little more than it's 'competitor' Chateau la Mer. If you have the wedding on a Friday or Sunday, you will save more.
It is very simple on the outside... just looks like a huge white house. Inside is very fancy... marble all over the place! I love the warm tones in the decor. The view is beautiful... not exactly like the picture on the website... I think the bridge was airbrushed a little closer than it really is LOL.
I don't know if they have ceremonies on site for evening weddings. Ours, we are having the large room upstairs as our ceremony... downstairs for appetizers... and then back upstairs for reception. I liked being able to use the different rooms.
They have uplighting built in to both rooms and you can choose whatever color you want, or have them change.
I have not gone yet for my tasting but everyone I talk to says the food is GREAT!
Let me know how you like it... what you like and what you don't.

Re: Modern RH
The bridal suite is on the smaller side but manageable.
I like it because it's not the place you hear everyone say when you ask where their wedding is. I also love how you can see the Robert Moses bridge!!!
