My mother is wearing champagne and has already ordered her dress. Tomorrow me FSIL and FMIL are going shopping for MOG dresses. FSIL says her mother only looks good in neutrals and there's no way she's gonna pick anything but a neutral beige or sand color---which will look just like my mother's champagne dress.
My mother may be upset about this....but FMIL is extremely hard to please..and has an awkard shaped body which limits the choices so I dont know if I will be making it harder by telling her to get a different color.
What should I do? Would you be upset? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Okay so the shopping is over. The color is in the same family---but I think it looks different enough. What do you ladies think?
The first pics are of FH's mom (dont mind the faces she's making--she thought I was just taking a pic of the dress)
My mom's dress appear a lot lighter here than in person, its a shimmery champagne with champagne beading.
I think the difference in the jackets is pretty drastic? At least I hope...ladies???

Yeah I think they are different enough. My mother asked what FH's mom's dress looked like....I embellished a bit on how different they were. I figured...next time she'll see the dress will be my wedding day--too late to say anything then.
