So I am having all the girls in the bridal party to my house to have hair and makeup done for the day of the wedding. Should I ask FMIL to come? I don't know if she should be with FH or doing other stuff??

Re: MOG question
Yes you should ask her...my FMIL is coming to my house to have her hair and makeup done and then going back to her house to get dressed. I think it is the right thing to do

Re: MOG question
I would let her be with her son...unless of course he'd rather have her out of his hair lol.

I think she should be with FH. Personally I would not want my FMIL to be there while I was getting ready- I feel that the bride should be with her parents and bridal party.

Re: MOG question
I was wondering this same thing... FMIL has short hair and I know she won't be paying to get her hair or makeup done...But I will ask anyways...specially since her grandchildren and daughter will be with me...least have her feel involved and invited...

Re: MOG question
I'm asking mine out of courtesy, if she chooses not to or wants to be with FH that's fine, but I feel like the invitation should at least be extended.

Re: MOG question
Not asking FMIL or FSIL's to come, they don't want to pay to get their make up done and I know they'd rather not be around me so no harm done on either end!

Re: MOG question
I adore my MIL so I was thrilled when she said, 'Im getting ready wherever you are getting ready!' before I could even ask her. She has 4 boys and wasnt involved when the only married one got married so I always have her with me to do girlie wedding things. :)
Love her!!!

Re: MOG question
That is very nice but I am sure she will be with her son. It's not rude if you don't. Think of it as your dad going by your FH the day of your wedding.
