MOH & BM's

Did you girls do anything cute to 'officially' ask your girlfriends to be in your wedding party? All my girlfriends pretty much know that they're in, but I've never really sat down with them ....nor have I officially asked my MOH to be my MOH. lol

Any advice would be great :)

I bought them 'quickkits' on etsy (they were totally afforable) and I hand wrote them letters, put a poem in each and mailed them individually. They loved the surprise in the mail. They all knew also but I wanted to do it officially. FM me for a pic and details if u want.

*I did the same for flower girl and ring bearer

Yes!! i gave them all this book (http://www.amazon.com/You-Can-Wear-Again-Celebration/dp/0811850528) and wrote them all thank you notes for being a BM/MOH. I gave it to them at our engagement party... they all loved it!! HTH!

My girls all pretty much knew. I bought them little Will You Be My Bridesmaids cards, but by the time they arrived almost all the girls already knew. lol

I asked them around Christmas. I got them ornaments that had their name on it and said ' Will you be my bridesmaid'

One word of advice......please choose wisly. Dont just ask your friend because she is your friend. I know you have probably read so many times on this board about BM regret. It is a realy thing and its very scary to deal with.

OMG I know. Luckily over the past year or so I've managed to take out all of my 'toxic' friends. I feel I'm getting too old to pretend lol.
