my MOH has been doing so much for me. She has spent a ton of $ and I don't know what to get her to show my appreciation. I'm getting all the girls jewlery but i want to give her something extra. Any ideas? I thought tickets to a show or something kind of big like that. I have to work in Vegas for 10 days & she booked a flight to just to hang out wth me while I'm working there, maybe I can get her something for the trip but I don't know what.

One of my BM was like that. My MOH allowed her to pretty much take the ball and run with it in terms of gifts, planning my bachelorette party, and making sure that everything stayed in order. So, one weekend when she was visiting, I took her to get a 60 minute massage.

Ditto on the spa package for while she's in Vegas!
Make up some sort of gift basket with her spa pack but also anything and everything she'll need to have a great vaca in Vegas!

WHY DONT U DO A DAY IN A SPA OR YOU CAN GET HER REAL GOLD AS HER NECKLACE SO SHE CAN SAVE IT FOREVER.

My sister went real overboard when I was her MOH -- not overboard in a bad way -- it was wonderful of her, and I didn't even do that much, I don't think. She gave me gorgeous white gold earrings and a massage gift card (from spawish, i think, so I could use it anywhere) -- I loved it. SO I second the idea of the spa package while she is in Vegas with you!
