MOH- zilla!!!

Im sure not many people go through this with their maid of honor,,,,, but i really regret picking her
the only reason why i did is cuz i felt bad she was so upset when i picked my other friend for my sons godmother.
now i think shes only doing it for the attention because thats the type of person she is.... she hasnt done anything yet but complain about what others are doing... my aunt planned my shower and she hasnt offered to help
so now my aunts asking her to help and she keeps putting everything off, and saying she has her own problems w/her marriage and cant deal with this,,, my showers this weekend and she was supposed to order my cake,, never did!! i shouldnt even have to hear about these things!!!
everyone i know has problems whether its marital, family, personal, yet they can still put those aside to help out. how do i tell her i cant take this anymore and its not fair ???

Sit her down and tell her flat-out that she's not fulfilling her duties as MOH and you need her to step down. Tell her that you understand about her marital problems, etc. but that you really need someone who can be more committed. GL!!
