We'll probably have one joint account, we're using it now for wedding expenses but each have our own checking and savings. No way would we do combined for checking. His money is his to do what he wants with and mine is mine.

We already have a combined account and he also has a few other separate accounts.

As long as he puts cash into our 'combined account', he can have all the separate accounts he wants!
