okay okay okay.

so we want a nice shindig eh...well, how much are we willing to spend on it.

appetizers, dinner, OPEN bar....and the company of some FABULOUS people

what's it worth to you?

eta: I just called one of our FAVORITE NYC GTG places...Cabana's at the Seaport...to get a ballpark figure. He told me between $75-$100 pp...I think NYC will be around that price...just to give you ladies an idea.

Since it is just after Christmas, I'm still in a money spending mode (but also sorta broke), so a nice compromise is under $40. But then again, other than my wedding I've never planned a restaurant party. So I don't know how expensive fixed menu prices are.

I would suggest under $40 at least being it will be around the holidays and money is tight for most of us.

I suggested early maybe contacting Ron & Liz because they probably have more connections they any of us do. Also, a buffet may be the most affordable
