Monogram

Monogram

Which one do you like? I can't decide on which of the two I should choose. I want to use these for my menus and wishing well cards among and on anything else that would work. Don't mind the writing across the second one, this is a proof before I order them.

Also what is the proper etiquette for whose name goes first?

I am pretty sure the bride's name goes first

I voted for Angelica & Jeffrey - not sure about what is the norm but I put my name before FH's on most things. Plus it's alphabetical order that way.

etiquette is that once married, the man's name comes first.

Re: Monogram

the etiquette is bride first name his last name intial grooms first name name

so if names are katie and james smith then it would be

kSj

that is whether you are married or not. I actually asked someone because everyone was telling me different so this is etiquette that the whole world uses and I asked people who do monogramming on towels and invitations. hope that helps

I think the jSl with bride's initial first is correct...are the 2 the same? the top R looks different...or maybe it's just the 2 types of paper
