Re: monograms
I have a Mac too, I couldnt find any free programs. I downloaded some demo off the apple web site which was awesome but I wasnt allowed to print or save the file without buying it. If i can remember the program I will post it. I'm close to buying something myself just for this purpose, so if you find something lemme know :) and ill do the same.

Re: monograms
you can make a monogram in word if you have it on the mac. Just pc sells their computer with programs since most pc are completely useless machines except for going online and doing a budget or writing out a letter.
honestly the best bet is to always do a logo in illustrator, quark, indesign. you can make it as big or as small as you want and it never distorts unlike word. But most people do not have those programs so they use word or publisher.

Re: monograms
I had ine done free @ Aylee Designs. She is currently not making any new ones until the June 25th, but she did mine(see my avatar). The first one is free and if you want more it's 2 for $5 or 10 for $20. It's reasonable. HTH

You can make them in Word, Powerpoint & Publisher. Its really easy do to. No need to pay for a program to make one.

I don't have a mac - but i believe you have all of the standard office programs on there too. I made mine in Powerpoint - then also in Word - the different programs offer different options. They can come out really nice if you have the patience!
