OK so is this TOTALLY inappropriate as our WEDDING SONG?

seriously.. i thought it would ROCK but my MOH said no effing way.

I can't see why it would be inappropriate and Its fun to dance to espescially if you are looking for a song you can move a bit to. I say go for it if you love it!
The song you pick is for you and FH and you shouldnt worry about pleasing other people with your choice.

first reception song: beautiful day-U2

our first dance song is hard... considering moondance now, but also'maybe I'm amazed' by Paul McCartney

I would also like a john lennon song... but 'woman' would basically be only about me, so I think it's inappropriate....

anyone can think of another lennon song?

MAYBE IM AMAZED is also one of our top picks so far!!!!!
along with 'just the way u are' billy joel, 'your song' elton john, and we're torn between a TON of sinatra & dean....

bc another song i love is 'wonderful tonight' by clapton but its just not good for OUR wedding song ya kno..

I think its a great song and one of my friends parents had it as their song and whenever I hear it I think of them! Its different and memorable! GO FOR IT!!

What if you used it as a 2nd dance song?

I've heard of this being done either right after the 1st dance, or as a spotlight dance later on in the night.

If you do it right after the 1st dance .... you & DH would dance the whole 1st dance song alone. Then the 2nd dance song would come on, and your bridal party and guests would be invited on the dancefloor to join you.
