More bad news at the doctor!

I went to the doctor today that diagnosed me with the psuedotumor cerebri and he told me it hasnt gotten any better and i need to stat loosing weight quickly or i will need surgery and they will have to put a shunt in my head

I really cant believe this is all happening!

If your doctor has prescribed exercise for medical reasons...you may be able to have your insurance pay for a gym and persoanl trainer...maybe a nutritionist too...

check it out...and hang in there!!!

After Wednesday I am all yours. You want to walk I am there. You want to run. I will walk along side of you (the girls don't run!) You want to bike ride,I am there. Whatever you need I am here. I am home for another 40 minutes if you need to talk and then I am home tonight!

You can do it. Its for your health, when my cholesterol shot up to 244, the scare I got from the thought of a heart attack, placed me on the path to eating better. I wish you lots of luck and no surgery. You are always in my prayers
