more f r i g g i n invite questions - UGG

ok - so I've dowloaded a cool please of clip art - and LeslieMike is now working on the invite - girls its KICK ARSE!!!!! if anyone needs invites - SPREAD THE WORD - she rocks!

ok so here are my questions

1. RSVP DATE? Wedding is 10/17. Final Count Due 10/3
what should I put as an RSVP by date? 9/17?
More than likely I'll be getting the invites back by 8/8 have them out in the mail by 8/15.....does 9/17 work or is 1 month from the time guests receive it too quick?

2. Address of the locations - did any of you include the address of the church/reception hall On the actual invite itself? I'm thinking I'll just include the direction card. let me know on this.

3. Speaking of Reception. our ceremony is at 5:00 Reception invite time is 7:30 (cocktail starts at 8 but they have a hospitality 1/2 hour with campaign etc...)
so - what are your thoughts on writing on the actual invite
'RECEPTION TO FOLLOW
WOODBURY COUNTRY CLUB
SEVEN THIRTY IN THE EVENING

If that is good should i include a few 'At's' in there...or leave it as is?

Thanks girls!!

9/17 works. You will need time to chase those that didn't send back the response card.

I am getting married at the RH so I didn't need direction cards but I would just include the name of the church and city, state on the invite.

I put 30 minutes earlier on my invite.

Hope this helps.

1. Your timing is more than fine. As long as they are in the mail my 8/17 you are ok.

2. our ceremony is separate from the reception. we didnt and the address of the church but we did for the reception on the reception card. on the invite itself we put:
Shrine Church of Saint Bernadette
Brooklyn, NY

3. If your reception was directly after the ceremony, say 6pm and at the same location it would be ok to put reception to follow. Personally, I'd add a reception card.

I dont know what you mean by 'at's'
