ACCOUNT SPECIALIST/ CRM
Responsibilities include the management of accounts within an assigned territory including collection calls and credit hold, order tracking, issuing RA’s, creating credit and debit memos, evaluation of credit limits.
Daily contact is required with internal and external customers.
3 - 5 years related experience in Credit, Finance or Sales Administration required.
Associates or BA degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
Must be computer literate and proficient in Word and Excel. Knowledge of SAP a big plus.
PARTS SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities include order processing and tracking, telephone customer support, issuing RA's and creating credit/debit memos. Regularly interfaces with the Credit, Warehouse and Technical Support departments.
Candidates require technical background and should have experience in Customer Service and Excel.
Experience working with warranty centers is a plus.
