More makeup help...

More makeup help...

I know we have gone over this before but I am going crazy!! I have done endless searches and am more confused than ever!
I need makeup done at my house on my day. I am looking for natural & light but dramatic eyes.
I called Jacqueline Nicole and she is not available on my day.
Who are you all using. Please post photos if you can. Prices too.
I am going to call Kristen from Enchante (anyone know the current prices?) and Pam form Bocu (anyone have a direct # for her?)
Any opinions??

Did you ask before for makeup suggestions? Someone asked me and I emailed her some names, I thought it was you, but I guess not!. I'm a salon sales rep so that's how I'm familliar with people in the some salons.

Try Denise at Sole Salon...516 241 9805 (that's her direct #) You said you needed someone at the house, and she does travel. If she's not available, let me know and I'll give you someone else.

ps..sorry forgot the pricing info. Dont hold me to this but I think she's around $75.00 for the bride (outside the salon) and less for everyone else.

I am using Jennifer fromwww.fairytalemakeovers.com she does hair and makeup and she does airbrushing. Her site has prices. She also comes to you.

I got information fron Cira about Laura. Has anyone else used her. Cira, if you see this, could you post a photo of yourself on your day?
Actually, anyone who has trial photos or wedding photos, please share.

Shamma, really I had no problem. She called me back ASAP and that week I had a trial. She will even come to you for the trial, but I chose to go to the shop she works at. If you can't get her and still want a trial let me know and I will call her. I think when you call you have to press two for fairytale makeovers. I never emailed her just called.

Cooky, I'm thinking of giving her a call too for a trial. Do you know what a hair and makeup trial with her runs? Where is the shop she works out of?

I know with the airbrush for a hair and make-up is $40. Which normally they charge $25 for the air-brush trials so you are getting the hair for $15. Then she takes it off the $150 for you to get your hair and make-up done at your place for your wedding. Shop is in Bellmore....hmmmm I think? I went there and can't even remember. I think....sorry

I have an appointment with Jennifer from Fairytale Makeovers this Sat. I will tell you how it goes. I never wear makeup except a little lipstick so I am hoping for amazing results. Her salon is in Merrick and she was very prompt at calling me back. You have to press 2 after calling her answering service and then leave a message.

Good luck with the makeover....are you doing the airbrush? Is she doing your hair also? You'll like her she is very sweet. Tell her Margaret who's she is doing on August 24th gave you her number.

Hi, I could tell over the phone that she was very nice. I am getting makeup and hair done, I'll probably do the airbrush also, although I really don't know what it is. My MOH and a BM is coming with me so that we can go over what to do with their hair also. Sorry, I was wrong the salon is in Bellmore after all, right off of Merrick Road. What did you bring with you to the trial? I am bringing: tiara, pictures of hairdos, directions to my home, and money. Anything else?

I will bring my camera and I will post pix of how it looks. I am doing the airbrush as well.
