I have never seen so many strangers have such reactions to me walking around public. I can't tell you how many people see me from behind and then I turn around and a look of utter shock takes over there face. I actually had one girl in a bathroom let out a 'OMG, look at your belly' last night.
You have a beautiful pregnancy glow in your face. I see nothing wrong with your belly. After all, there is probably a 5lb baby in there by now. It needs a place to swim around. Enjoy the last few weeks and ignore any rude comments.

I don't understand some people, what the heck do they expect a pregnant woman to look like? Hello, you're supposed to have a belly! There's a baby in there!!! My girlfriend saw me on thursday and she hasn't seen me in about 2 weeks. The first thing she said 'Oh, my god you're huge'! I felt like crying, but I reminded myself that I am pregnant and I'm not supposed to look thin! The last thing I want is a low birth weight baby!

Isn't it crazy how people are so critical of your body when you are pregnant. I mean if you weren't pregnant and you just had a big belly no one would say anything! And here you are growing a LIFE inside of you and strangers have the nerve to make you feel self concious. Shame on them!

How is the baby's room coming? DId you ever order pictures for the walls?

nancy that is EXACTLY what I looked like - and it got MUCH BIGGER! People said that it was the 'funniest looking belly they had ever seen!'
I loved it - it was straight out like six basketballs in front of each other. No weight anywhere else. Congrats on looking pregnant and beautiful.

We went back to Burlington and found all the pictures we were deciding on ordering. After a little discussion in the store, we both decided the animals were a better choice. We liked the other 'bright' ones, but we thought that they may be to girlie if we did have a boy. I was actually surprised that my husband actually liked all the animals and thought they were 'cute.'
I'll post pictures as time gets closer, for now I don't want to set up the room because of all the cat/dog hair floating around.

That is exactly what one of our friends said...you look like you just shoved a beachball under your shirt and are walking around pretending to be pregnant. I lifted my shirt up and she was like, WOW, you are definitely pregnant! How can it get any bigger? I swear the baby is going to pop right out on it's own. No C-section needed here!

Thanks everyone! I feel a *little* better. We walked around the mall last night (my exercise a couple of times a week) and Chris couldn't believe all the people that stare at me. I told him, see what I deal with!? He was actually amused by it and I told him that I try not to even pay attention anymore.
Did I mention I have had three strangers ask when the twins were due!?!
