FH and I have been to 11 RHs and were set on booking CLM. My mom saw a friend today whose daughter just booked at Larkfield Manor. She raved about it to my mom and how they are able to do a Saturday night with a hospitality hour, Viennesse hour and an after party for a very reasonable rate. (She said 118/head but my mom wasn't sure if that included tax & gratuity. My guess is no) My mom really thinks we should just check this place out before finalizing our RH. I looked at the website and it does look beautiful. I don't know what to do now, though!!! Should I just go and look and hold off booking a week???

If you are totally in love with CLM I would just book but if there's any chance in your mind that somewhere else might be better for you I would definitely wait and go check it out. Go with your gut!

If it were me, I would....only because I'm the type of person that will always think 'what if'. I couldn't decide between Larkfield and CLM when I was looking and my FH made me go look at the Sand Castle cause he knew I would love it (wasn't even on my list because of the high cost I kept hearing about). Needless to say, he was right, I got a great deal and booked with them. I am very confident in my decision, and wouldn't have been if I had never gone to at least look.
That being said....Larkfield is BEAUTIFUL and their service and prices are great. I would deff make an appointment to see it before making a final decision. At least this way you know that once you do book..that it's truly the place you want and you wont have to second guess a thing.

That's exactly it- I know it will really bother me if I don't go and at least see it. I LOVE CLM, but I will keep thinking what if I could have gotten a more preferable date or a better price.
Needless to say, I just convinced FH and we are on our way!! LOL
