Has anyone here actually bought (and worn) a dress from RK? If so, what's the deal with alterations? Do you go there for them? Also, does the same seamstress deal with you each time? Were you satisfied with the service? Lastly, when you picked it up, how was the final product - and where did you pick it up from?

I bought my BM dresses from them but did no frills. I know three people who bought their wedding gowns there and I know they were all satisfied with their alterations and final product.
