I want one on my foot.

I think that it depends on what tattoo the both of you are getting.
ex. If you both had hearts...yeah IMO kinda tacky but if you
both had like a chinese symbol ....not tacky

AGREE with both..I want one of my foot too, I am mixed between a cetic symbol or a ny yankees symbol ( trying to talk myself out of the yankees one. ) I did see a girl once who had a cute baseball with a face on it on her foot with a yankees hat, it was small and coverable by sandals, I liked that.
I have one on the back of my neck and I LOVE the uniqueness of that area....Its the chines symbol for strength ( dressed it up by putting it inside a cherry blossom whics is the japanese warrior flower) ANYWAY....I think of it ( the symbol and what it means) as something I can;t see but is always there(strength) and have never regretted it.

Well I think for women, a bad place to put one is either the stomach area or the breast area. Those are the areas that change when baby comes along.

I've got ivy vines around my belly button and I thought it looked really cute when I had a big, pregnant belly! Now, 1 1/2 years later, the tattoo looks just like it did before I was pregnant!

I disagree.
I have a chinese character on my shoulder and I LOVE it! I think it accentuates my shoulder...it makes me feel sexy. Plus it gives me a great excuse to wear tanks!

I have a small butterfly on my right shoulder.

I really want to tatoo FH's name on my hip... everyone thinks I am nuts!!! But, I definitely want one there...his name was just a recent idea. I might just put a heart....don't want to jinx anything...u know?
