More uplighting questions...

More uplighting questions...

Do they stay all night, like is there a light operator? I'm sorry if this is a stupid question but I hired uplighting people and I've never been to a wedding with them so I'm not sure how this works.

Also, do you tip them? I already feel like it costs a fortune for something relatively simple?

I had my DJ company do it. There were 3 guys so I'm thinking one of them was for the lights (and the grand intelligent lighting) and we tipped everyone.

Ahhhh I wish! I'm paying 1500 and that's a lot less than the original quote I got. I have a band tho so doing it thru the dj isn't possible. People also recommended asking my florist but she doesn't do them either..

Plus I didn't tell fh about them (oops haha) so if I all of a sudden have 3 extra people on the headcount he is gonna be like who?

MY DJ...Absolute entertainment.
Individual cans? Not sure what that means...it was the led lighting or whatever. Tons of pics on my shutterfly..

In the Lisa and James Get Hitched album you can really see the lighting.
