More Vents

Sorry it seems like all I do is vent lately - but I guess at six weeks and counting - this is what happens...
Let's see - last night we get an RSVP from my dad's close friends who took it upon themselves to rsvp for the two of them (who were the ONLY two who were invited) their 30 year old son and his girlfriend!!! I flipped out on my dad until he called them!!!

Cousins in Arizona called me to complain about the hotel block and had the nerve to question why we were having a party for OOT guests two nights before the wedding and not the night before - because what were they going to do the night before the wedding????

BTW - RSVP date is in two weeks and we are missing 80 responses!!!!

It'll be over soon and you'll be happily married. I know what you are going through. My wedding is in 8 days and my friend doesn't know if she's bringing a date and my uncle says 'I think I'm going to go, but if I don't go, I'll send someone else in my place.' He told my sister this after she called to find out why he didn't RSVP. I put him down as a no. LOL.

Michal, we are one week away and at least four of FH's friends still have not responded. Even when he calls them, they say they don't know. I marked them as a 'no' - I've got too many other things to do than hound them for a decision. Sounds like you've got things under control - hang in there!
