Mortgage Brokers?
I was just wondering if there was anyone out there who is a mortgage broker or knows anyone who is who could give me some info. Fh and I are having a hard time being approved for a mortgage bc Fh pays his taxes quarterly and has alot of write offs. This is whats keeping us from getting approved, bc of all his write offs its showing his income is alot less than what it really is. Was just wondering if anyone could give me some more info on what we could do or if this is a lost cause. TIA.
