Mortgage calculator W/ property tax & insurance?
Does anyone know where to find a calculator that factors in insurance and taxes? I'm trying to decide if its better to buy a higher priced house with lower taxes or lower priced house with higher taxes. The calculators I've since just calculate mortgage payments.

I never found a calculator the tax correctly. I would just use the regular morgage calculator to get the morgage amount.

OK. That makes sense. How should I calculate property tax? Is that ususally a certain percentage of the house value?

Each house and town is different -- you might try looking at a few listings.
