Re: Most annoying commercials of all time!
wait - I LOVE the Coors commericals!! I have to sing along each time! lol
I also hate the cell phone one that someone else mentioned - how annoying.
Although someone in advertising would say that the ads worked - we remembered them!! (if it we did negatively!)

I agree Teri, as long as you remember, then the ad worked!
The commercials I LOVE are the Volkswagon ones ... the one with the father racing his kid on his bike and the one when the guy licks the car 'claiming' it! I roll over each time I see that!
I absolutely hate the one when with the carpet and the kid jumps on a hershey bottle and ruins the rug ... I'm like 'never'!

Cira - totally - that hershey's again! How stupid and unrealistic for a kid to purposely squirt that all over a white living room and not get killed by his mother?!?! So stupid......

OK this is the new Bud commercial with the picnic and the ants crawling all around and then the girl at the end has the ants in her teeth? OK, so it isn't annoying but it is DISGUSTING. I don't even know the whole commercial because I get grossed out when I watch it.
I also hate the girls voice on the FTD commercial where she had her brother send her flowers and she is repeating what happened. She has done other commercials too and her voice is irritating!

Re: Most annoying commercials of all time!
Cira, every time I see that VW one when the guy licks the car I think GROSS how can he lick that.
There is one that I have to change the channel to everytime it comes on, so I don't know what it's for but it starts off with an alarm beeping. UGH! That is the most annoying sound, I can't stand it. It just reminds me of having to wake up in the morning to that annoying sound.
Then there are the cosmetic sergery commercials that they play ALL the time down here in FL. When my cousin came to visit with a couple of her friends they were all singing it in the airport....'Just one look is worth a thousand words'. If any of you ever visit FL just turn on the TV once and I'm sure you'll see it.

That is hysterical! I lived in florida for 10 months in 1997 and I when I started reading your message about cosmetic surgery, I started signing it! Ha ha and I was right! That was 5 years ago and I still remember the jingle.! How about that City Furniture commerical that was on all the time too!

Re: Afflesfla
Maybe the commerical changed, I don't remember a woman standing on the beach. I just remember a fast paced commerical where they are showing a freeway I think and the music is really upbeat.

I don't know if you'll know what I am talking about, but I hate the commerical about the stamps! I mean I think it's cool that we will be able to get stamps from ATMs and all, but I hate the commercail - I hate the some in the background and the voice...some reason it irks me!
