This lady Joan (who works out of her house) did mine and she did a great job and really nice. SHe has a large assortment of invitations too. I had to order alot of invites myself (200) and she showed me things within my price range. FM me if you're interested in her contact info. she's from Floral Park.

My invitations sound like what you described.. they are in my album. We had two sided direction cards printed (one for the church and one for the hall) response cards, and a reception card as our inserts. We ordered 175 invitations and the total came out to $570 with all of the additions for lines envelopes, proofs, colored ink, shipping etc etc.
We used notjustinvitations.com. the woman's name whom we worked with is Marilyn.

And the brand was stylart.. if you want pockets that was the best deal we found for the type we were looking for. Birchcraft and Carlson are reasonably priced as well.. party city has them at 20% off and there are website that offer them at like 40% off... try mediaplus.com and notjustinvitations.com

I worked with Handy Kane, not only were the prices superb but the quality and designs exceed my expectations. I'm not sure if they do pocket folds. There are so many one of a kind designs to choose as well as theme weddings!
